Project Management Case Studies is an exciting new offering from Thinktank Consulting that provides an in-depth analysis of several high-profile projects that have experienced severe challenges. In the course of this workshop we will analyze the problems encountered at Krestovsky Stadium (Russia), USS Gerald R. Ford (USA), Kashagan Oil Field (Kazakhstan), University Construction (Gulf region), Ashghabat Airport (Turkmenistan) and Ibaraki Airport (Japan). All of the case studies will be examined both from the project management and project portfolio management perspectives.
