This particular course will focus on seven project portfolio management models developed by product focused companies from around the world. After a brief introduction to project portfolio management you will be presented with an overview of the industry including current the state of affairs, trends and forecasts. Next, we will examine the following cases:

  • Clothing Manufacturer


I will describe company challenges, resulting strategies, scoring, portfolio balance and strategic alignment models. At the end of the workshop we will attempt to compare the PPM models created by the organizations in question and examine whether they align with the overall industry outlook.
