Advanced Project Management is a new four-part course series created to cover the entire domain of project management, including both practical and purely theoretical areas. The workshop will cover all aspects of introduction into project management as well as detail all the steps included into Project Initiation. Expect to see a lot of tricks, tips, “guerrilla warfare” tactics, exercises, case studies and fun historical examples. Completion of this course earns you 3 PDUs that may be applied to PMP certification/re-certification requirements. If you have any questions contact the instructor directly.

What I highly appreciate is that material is presented simply, clearly and given on specific examples providing both academical background and practical use. Also, what is perceived as being very convenient is that each lesson takes not more than 15minutes, which allows me as a listener to return to the course at any convenient for me time. Moreover, if looking from the psychological point of view, it kind of not discourage the desire to complete the course completely - what could have happened if the course was a single 2 hour video.
